Newsletter for the Week of April 17th
A Message from Ms. Grider
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We are looking forward to a beautiful week.
This week we will be learning about wild animals. Over the next few weeks we will be learning about mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish.
This week we will read stories about wild animals and their habitats.
We will complete sentence strips using beginning letter sounds.
We will use geometric shapes to make animal patterns.
Helping your child at home
As the weather is getting warmer and you spend time outside, take this opportunity to talk with your child about the weather, seasons, our environment and animals. Have your child describe what he/she sees, smells, hears, and touches.
Family Day at the Library-Friday April 28th at 11:30.
Please remember that if your child is bus rider you must wait with your child at the bus stop and hand them over to the monitor. For drop off, someone must be there to meet your child that is on the transportation form you filled. Any changes in transportation must be in writing.
